Privacy policy

Titan Mode (“Titan”, “we”) is a calisthenics coaching app. This policy explains what personal data the app and this website handle, why, and what control you have over it. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version: we collect what the app needs to build and follow your plan. Your body data and photos are used for your plan and your projection only. We never sell your data, never show ads, and never use your photos for advertising or to train AI models.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the publisher of Titan Mode, identified in the legal notice. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@titanmode.app.
What we collect

Body measurements and photos can reveal information about your health. We process them only because you choose to enter them, for the purposes above, and you can delete them at any time.
We do not use advertising identifiers, advertising networks or third-party analytics in the app.
How the AI features work
To build your plan and your projection, Titan sends the minimum needed to AI providers:
- your plan answers and the numbers you entered, to generate your program (OpenAI);
- your photo, to analyse your starting point and render the projected image (OpenAI and fal.ai).
These providers act as processors: they handle the data on our behalf, only to return the result to us. Data sent to OpenAI through its API is not used to train its models. The projection is an estimate within a physiological range, not a medical assessment or a promise.
Legal bases
- Performance of the contract: your account, your plan, your sessions, your purchases.
- Your explicit consent: body data and photos. You give it by entering them, and you can withdraw it by deleting them or your account.
- Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention (such as the account limit per phone) and keeping the service running.
- Legal obligation: keeping billing records.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

When data is transferred outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Your account, body data, photos and history: as long as your account exists. They are erased when you delete your account.
- Billing records: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. They contain no body data or photos.
- Technical server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to some processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@titanmode.app. We answer within one month.
Deleting your account erases your profile, plan, check-ins, photos and projections. Cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription is done in the store itself; deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
If you think your data is not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
Age
Titan is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and hosted by the providers listed above. Sign-in uses one-time codes, so there is no password to leak.
This website
titanmode.app sets no cookies, uses no trackers and no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server. Our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested) for security.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
