Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Titan Mode app and website, published by the person identified in the legal notice. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. The service
Titan generates a calisthenics training program from your answers and the numbers you enter, guides your sessions, tracks your check-ins, suggests meals and renders a projection of your body. Your first full plan is free. Titan Plus adds features such as regenerating your plan when your goal or schedule changes.
2. Health first
Titan is a fitness tool, not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program or changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain. You train at your own risk and are responsible for adapting the effort to your condition.
3. Projections are estimates
Body projections and targets are computed from the data you enter and general physiological ranges. They are estimates, not promises or guarantees. Real results depend on many factors outside the app: genetics, sleep, nutrition, consistency, health.
4. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. You sign in with a one-time code sent by email, or with Apple, Google or Facebook. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the security of your email account. To prevent abuse, a phone can be used to create a limited number of accounts. You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
5. Titan Plus: prices and payment

- In the iOS or Android app, purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. The price shown by the store applies, and the store’s terms govern payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
- On the web, payment is handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- If the free trial is not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, the monthly subscription starts and is charged automatically.
- We may change prices for the future. A change never applies to a period already paid, and you will be informed before it applies to your renewal.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly subscription: cancel at any time. In the app stores, cancel from your store account settings; on the web, from the app’s billing settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No refund is given for a partially used month.
- Passes: they do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Right of withdrawal (EU): Titan Plus gives immediate access to digital content. When you buy, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has started. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow their refund policies.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Titan to upload photos of anyone other than yourself, content that is illegal or sexually explicit, or to attempt to access other users’ data, bypass limits or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its programs, texts, visuals and brand belong to their publisher. You may use them only for your personal training. Your photos and data remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Titan available and accurate, but the service is provided as is, may be interrupted for maintenance and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for injuries resulting from exercises performed without regard to the precautions above. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they apply. You can stop using Titan and delete your account at any time.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, contact us at support@titanmode.app to find an amicable solution. As a consumer, you can also refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose details are given in the legal notice, and to the courts of your place of residence.
